Come with a friend, a group or come solo -- experienced or not, all are welcome! Contra is aerobic, so wear layers and expect to warm up!
Attendees are encouraged to bring a snack or beverages to share at the break.
We welcome your help with anything from set-up, break down, clean up, or graphic design. See a contra volunteer. Thank you!
