IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR Non-SOFA Guest: A Special Access Guest List Form will be used for our guests who are Non-SOFA Status/Non-ID card holders. Please read and follow the information below to ensure your name will get entered on the Special Access Guest List Form. The Deadline Date to submit your information is: 8 SEP 25. (No new names will be added after that date, due to capacity limitation restrictions).
To get on the Special Access Guest List, email me at: [email protected] or send me an email via FB messenger with your information to confirm you will attend. The information I will need is LAST NAME/FIRST NAME/CITIZENSHIP (this is required so we can verify and to ensure you are able to gain access onto the facility based on Country of Citizenship) NOTE: Also, to make sure your name gets on the guest list is to CLICK GOING and PM or email me to confirm you will attend and if you have friends who also wish to attend, I will also need their information. PLEASE NOTE: If you CLICKED INTERESTED on the event page and or have not PM or emailed me to provide your information and to confirm you will attend, your name WILL NOT be added to the Special Access Guest List. Please Bring the proper ID with you.

ACCESS REQUIREMENT FOR NON-U.S. GOVERNMENT GUESTS THE NEW SANNO HOTEL ACCESS PASS INFORMATION * Individuals MUST possess a suitable means of PICTURED identification while on or attempting to gain access. Failure to do so may result in the denial of access or removal from the area. * Valid identification consists of U.S. or Foreign passport, a Japanese passport / driver’s license / Japanese residence card with picture.
