We had so much fun at our 1st ever Plunge & Pint Event at The Oxford Taproom! it was even more epic than we imagined so here we are again for #2! Come on out and take the plunge!
This in-person event will be held at The Oxford Taproom where Mandy will teach you about cold water immersion and be safely guided by herself, a SHERPA Breath & Cold Facilitator through a cold plunge that will rock your world. Afterwards your tastebuds will be swimming and ready for a beverage of your choice included in your ticket :) Delicious food will be available for purchase as well.
It's the perfect way to close out the weekend! So grab your swimsuit and come on down with some friends for a Plunge & Pint! Only 30 tickets available!!!
