Did you know when the Old State House Museum was first established, it was named the Arkansas War Memorial to specifically honor World War 1 Veterans?
Join us as we commemorate Arkansas’s efforts in World War I. Meet educators talking about the different roles that men and women undertook in World War I, from the front lines to the home front. Taste old-fashioned donuts and French 75s, all while enjoying period music from the Michael Carenbauer Quartet. Enjoy hands-on activities.
CALS hosts its monthly 2FAN event at the CALS Rock It! Lab at 120 River Market Ave. Each month, attendees will be greeted with local artists selling their work and/or providing art demonstrations, a DJ or performer playing music, and light refreshments and libations.
