A hands-on workshop to learn the time honoured skills of food fermentation.
As a nutritionist I will discuss the health benefits of this delicious food as well as exploring the Gut Microbiome and why it is so important to our health.
This 2 hour day-time event is in a warm and comfortable workshop space at MAKE Southwest in central Bovey Tracey.
Have a go at making your own fermented food and try out lots of delicious pre-made items.
Cost is £30 per person which includes all ingredients and refreshments
