Welcome to the 2nd Chance Employer Summit, hosted by the STL Strategic Economic Partnership Association (SEPA)!

Come join us at the Fathers & Families Support Center for a day filled with networking, engaging conversation, and guest speakers dedicated to helping justice-involved individuals with reunification into society. We will discuss the challenges justice-involved individuals face when returning to the workforce and offer an opportunity to clarify any misconceptions employers may have as it relates to hiring them. We will provide information on how becoming a 2nd Chance Employer is a benefit to your company, your community, and the individuals working diligently to establish personal success.
