You are invited to the 2nd Annual Women's Empowerment on Tuesday, May 20, 2025
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at the Aura Pavilion in Fenway Park.
This event commemorates a year marked by historic challenges and transformative moments in politics, public health, social justice, grassroots activism and the arts. Throughout these arenas, African American women have been at the forefront, driving change, demonstrating leadership and setting high standards for service and achievement. Their names are familiar to us, and their contributions are deserving of honor and recognition.
The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts is located in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood and has served adults and adolescents in the low to moderate-income bracket for over 100 years. The Urban League is the oldest and longest-serving organization in civil rights that provides employment training, small business development and health prevention services to empower members of our community.
