Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the WBYAA's very first 5K Turkey Trot Road race! Why Participate? Every step you take helps fund crucial programs, including trash removal, field maintenance, landscaping, and scholarships, ensuring a thriving future for all our young athletes.
The kids 1mi fun run will be a times event and will begin PROMPTLY at 8:30am, followed by the 5K PROMPTLY at 9:00am. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
Awards will follow at approximately 10:00am.

Bib Pick-up and In-Person Registration
Bib pick-up and in person registration will be available the morning of the event Saturday, November 15, 2025, starting at 7:00am at Friendship Park located at 70 Howard St and this will be the start of the race as well.

Awards
5K Mile Run awards will be given in a number of age brackets for M/F. Those brackets are 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-79, 80+ (top 3 m/f finishers of each age group)
1 Mile Kid Fun Run awards will be given in a number of age brackets for M/F. Those brackets will be 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 (top 3 m/f finishers of each age group) All other participants will receive a finishers ribbon.
Please make a separate account for your child to register in this race using their name.
It is vital that children be registered online in advance so that we can have the correct number of bibs with timing chips. If your child is running in both races, they will need to register for both rathe fun run and the 5K.
