EVENT TIMELINE

Saturday, July 2: 7am set-up, Meat inspection after check in, 8am Cook meeting Trl-Tip: 1pm and Ribs:1:30pm (with a 10 minute Turn-in window for each) 5pm Award Presentation.

July 3, 2022: People Choice Awards at 6:00pm on concert stage

Entry Fee

All teams and cooks is $ 200.00 for a 10x15 Space

Limited Premium and Power spaces are additional $100.00 fee

RV and Trailer spaces (no hookups)

Military and Veterans Discount - We encourage service organization teams

Bring own Ribs and Trl-Tip (Meat not included in Entry Fee)

If you want us to supply your Ribs it will cost $25.00 for two racks

1st Place $1,000 2nd Place $ 500 3rd Place $300 4th Place $200 5th Place: $100

TRI-TIP:

1st Place $1,000 2nd Place $ 500 3rd Place $300 4th Place $200 5th Place: $100

(Based on 30 entries, Prize money will go up if more than 30 entries)

Sunday Event will be a Vending People Choice Competition - Public will judge on color chips which they can purchase. Winning team will be announced on the concert stage at 6pm Sunday night and receive two VIP tickets.
