Welcome to the 2nd Annual Syndicate Fitness Throwdown! Join us at Syndicate Fitness for a day of epic fitness challenges and fun. The workouts are designed to test your strength, endurance, and determination in a friendly competition atmosphere. Get ready to push your limits, cheer on fellow participants, and maybe even discover a new personal best. Athletes may choose to compete Individually or as a 2 Athlete Team (m/m, m/f, f/f). This competition will offer 2 divisions, Rx & Scaled.
Early Bird Sign Up Ends May 31st
Individual Athlete = $75
2 Athlete Team = $150
Regular Registration June 1st - 22nd
Individual Athlete = $100
2 Athlete Team = $200
All competitors will receive a free goodie bag & shirt.
Podium Prizes valued over $150.
Workout Release:
WOD 1 May 3rd at 12pm
WOD 2 May 8th at 12pm
WOD 3 May 10th at 12pm
Heat & Movement Standards will be released June 26th at 12pm. Movement standards are aligned with that of CrossFit.
Rx: Dumbbells 50/35, Kettlbebells 53/35, Wall Balls 20/14, Toes to Bar, Pull Ups, Box Jumps 24/20
Scaled: Dumbbell 35/25, Kettlebells 35/26, Wall Balls 14/10, Knees to 90, box step overs.
