About this Event

We are hosting the 2nd Annual Patient-Centered Care Africa Conference (APCCA) on November 8th-10th, 2024, at Maseno University, Kenya. This conference aims to promote adopting patient-centered practices in African healthcare systems.

Patient-centered care (PCC) respects individual patient choices, needs, and values, ensuring they guide clinical decisions. It’s crucial for improving individual and population health outcomes. The conference addresses the lack of widespread PCC implementation in Africa and aims to:

  • Advocate for PCC adoption.
  • Share knowledge and experiences.
  • Foster collaboration among healthcare professionals.
