Welcome to our 2nd Annual Mexican War Streets Halloween Decorating Extravaganza! BOO!

For those who have been here for a long time, you know Halloween is one of the craziest nights of the year in this neighborhood. We typically get between 700-800 kids, if not more! So, for any neighbor who wants to participate or not, at least be prepared with enough candy!
How to Participate:
Please send us 2 photos of your decorations:
1 photo in the Daytime
1 photo at Nighttime

Deadline to send photos is Monday September 30, 2024 by 12:00 midnight.

*A map will be created with each house (Just like the Yard Sale & Holiday Contest), so people will know where to visit and vote on.* This will be a digital map only- no physical printed maps.
Voting will take place virtually (over social media & MWSS Membership Newsletter Blasts) between Saturday October 26th - Saturday Nov 2nd. Winners will be announced by that weekend of November; So keep a look out for more information!
Houses must be within The MWSS Boundaries- The Mexican War Streets Boundaries exist from North - South: West Jefferson- West North Avenue; East & West: Federal Street (Garden Theatre Block)- Brighton Road).
This event is only for the exterior of the house, not inside.
Winners will win Mexican War Streets Society Merchandise!
