2nd Annual Miller's Mobility Conference
We’re thrilled to announce our 2nd Annual Miller's Mobility Conference, taking place on May 22, 2025 at Quest Conference Center in Westerville! This year’s event will feature separate morning and afternoon sessions, with the afternoon offering two different sessions with unique speakers and topics.
Our distinguished speakers include Mary Cabarle, OTR/ATP from Quantum Rehab, Curt Prewitt, MS, PT, ATP from Ki Mobility, and Wendy Koesters, PT, ATP/SMS from The Ohio State University Assistive Technology Center.

We are actively working to get CEU approvals for PT, OT, and ATP, and expect to have 6 credits approved for each discipline. We will update here once we have approvals!

Curt Prewitt, MS, PT, ATP – Director of Education - Ki Mobility
Curt practiced as a physical therapist in a number of settings for a few years, most prominently in long term care, where he gained experience with seating and wheeled mobility. He transitioned from a practicing therapist to a manufacturer's representative, eventually moving into sales management and focusing on complex rehab technology. After over 18 years in the industry, he started the clinical education department at Ki Mobility in 2017, and in his role as director, he has presented numerous continuing professional education courses across the US and internationally.
Wendy Koesters, PT, ATP/SMS - Physical Therapist - Ohio State Assistive Technology Center
Wendy Koesters is a Physical Therapist at OSUWMC’s Assistive Technology Center. She has focused the last 18 years on evaluation, implementation, and follow up for seating and mobility needs. She has certifications as an Assistive Technology Practitioner and Seating and Mobility Specialist.
She is a mentor for treating therapists in their expanding clinic. Wendy presents on seating and mobility for OSU's continuum, with the School of Allied Health, community and national symposiums- most recently at APTA Combined Sections.
She enjoys volunteering with the Discover Cycling Program through Adapted Sports Connection and consulting with various adapted sports teams in Columbus, OH for positioning needs and joint protection.
In the past 5 years, networking and involvement with ANPT committees has been very rewarding. She is excited for opportunities for development of resources and advocacy on the leadership group with ANPT Seating and Wheeled Mobility Special Interest Group.

Info: Overuse injury rates with shoulders for manual wheelchair users are of high incidence with significant impact on quality of life. This course will provide therapists with resources and the skill set to assess, educate and treat via home exercise, activity modification, and equipment configuration for a preventative vs. reactive mindset.
