We are excited to once again bring fresh Green Chile from the Hatch NM Region, directly to the Middle Tennessee area. This year's peak Green Chile harvest season will be late September to early October and we will be roasting them fresh within days of being picked. In addition to roasting Green Chile in person, we will also have live music, local vendors and artisans, and we will be grilling and serving some of the best Green Chile foods...Green Chile Cheeseburgers, Green Chile Mac and Cheese, Green Chile Queso Nachos and Quesadillas, and more! Come hang out, and enjoy the tastes and smells of fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile!!!
