Join the Junior Auxiliary of Hancock County and Ochsner Health for a morning of family fitness! The 2nd Annual KidFit will bring children of all ages together for a morning packed with all kinds of fitness demonstrations and activities including yoga, dance, martial arts and more. Children will also enjoy a "Fuel Station," where they can sample all kinds of yummy snacks that are also nutritious. KidFit is free and open to the public and will take place at Ochsner Medical Center-Hancock on the walking track near the playground area. We hope to see you there!
