The Intentional Leadership Conference is a transformational 3-day experience designed for Black women in leadership (new & tenured) and the allies who champion equity in finance, tech, and corporate America.
This is not another panel-heavy conference where you leave inspired but unsure what to do next.
Here, you walk away with real tools, strategy, and relationships that help you lead with authority without shrinking, overworking, or carrying leadership alone.
