About this Event
The GRIT is an endurance workout that will allow you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. It is made up of a half mile run followed by one functional workout station. This is repeated 8 times. It will require strength, speed, power, endurance, and most of all GRIT. It will be a fun way to challenge your overall fitness and provide a great sense of accomplishment for you (or your team of two) when finished!
The GRIT is open to members and non members, but with limited space! Childcare will be provided for members who have childcare. To pre register for childcare, you will have to go over to the Get Fit Meridian app and reserve your spot 1 week prior. Limited spots only!
