2nd Annual “Fall Into Health” Fair

Lake Erie College will host the 2nd Annual “Fall into Health and Wellness” health fair on September 7th.

“Fall into Health” is a community health fair that was completely established by students of the PA graduate program. The goals of the event are to promote health and wellness activities across Lake County, Ohio, educate community members on the role of a PA, and build stronger connections with Painesville and the surrounding area. Local community vendors and organizations will provide vision screenings, dental care, physical exams, vital signs, women’s health services, STD testing and treatment, HIV testing/treatment, vaccinations, homelessness services, community services and more.

University Hospitals will have their mobile mammogram truck there for an women who is in need of a routine screening! Sign up is required for mammograms so please scan the QR code below for instructions to reserve a time! No referral is required you just must meet the requirements below.

Additional there will be free produce, food, clothes, books and feminine products for those who need it. All services will be complete free of charge.
