This year’s the Decatur Youth Council Spring Project is something special! The DYC and Child Friendly Cities Initiative’s Teen Leadership Team, along with help from other high-school leadership teams and city staff members, are hosting the Fair on the Square. The event is a way to leap into spring with a carnival themed festival that will be fun for the whole family.Entry to the festival is free and attendees will enjoy the live music, games and food. The DYC, CFCI TLT and friends look forward to seeing you on the Square in March!
