Chalk-A-Block is a free, family-friendly event that features chalk artists, live music, and local artisans and makers showcasing their work. Follow the Old Town North tern’s footprints from site to site throughout the neighborhood and compete the scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes (Grand Prize is a gift certificate for dinner at a.lounge+bar generously donated by Hotel AKA Alexandria).
Chalk-Block offers fun for all ages and gives you the chance to be an artist! Chalk artists will designate areas at most sites where kids (or kids at heart!) can join in and make chalk art of their own!
