Bake Me Home is a bake off and family fair offering DOZENS of adult and junior home bakers an opportunity to showcase their items in four categories: Cakes & Pies Cookies & Bars Breads & Muffins and Junior Division. A first second and third place will be awarded in each category by a panel of judges and a special "People's Choice" award will be chosen by YOU!
Music face painting and family games will round out the event as well as food and drinks offered by Vermilionville’s La Cuisine de Maman. Bakers will be selling additional baked items at their booths so it’s a wonderful opportunity to stock up on treats for the holidays!
This second annual event will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm Friday November 14th in the Vermilionville Performance Center at 300 Fisher Road Lafayette. This event is sponsored in part by Vermilionville Living History Museum & Folklife Park.
Tickets are $15 per person or $5 for children under 12 and covers admission and samples from participating home bakers.
ARCH advocates for and supports services for families and individuals experiencing homelessness including offering household goods housing support services and referrals to other vital resources. All proceeds benefit the Acadiana Regional Coalition on Homelessness & Housing.
