The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is pleased to announce that the 2nd Annual “Unleashing You” Youth Summit will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando, FL. The Summit will engage over 300 youth statewide. Workshops will include best practices in college preparedness and readiness, financial literacy, substance abuse awareness, and mental health. There will be networking opportunities for youth and recognition of outstanding students.
Summit highlights include plenary sessions, educational workshops, and various exhibits. Educational information on juvenile justice services, resources, effective prevention, and intervention strategies will be shared at the Summit.
Who Should Attend: Youth ages 12-17.
