About this Event
The 2nd Annual KAULed to Lead Young Professionals Conference, hosted by the Knoxville Area Urban League (KAUL) Young Professionals, is a transformative event aimed at providing conference attendees with the strategies, tools, and inspiration needed to succeed in their careers. This year’s conference offers a day full of engaging and empowering opportunities for professional growth.
The day kicks off with an opening breakfast plenary, featuring remarks from Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon. Her inspiring message will set the stage for a day focused on excellence and leadership. A diverse lineup of breakout sessions follows, each facilitated by a variety of thought leaders and change agents from the Knoxville community. These sessions will cover key topics designed to equip our audience with practical tips and strategies for career advancement, leadership development, and personal success.
The conference then moves into a scholarship and awards luncheon, where attendees will hear from Tennessee State Representative Gloria Johnson, who will serve as the keynote speaker. The luncheon will also celebrate and honor outstanding students and young professionals with the presentation of scholarships and awards.
We will wrap up with an exciting speed networking hour, offering attendees the chance to make valuable connections and engage with peers, mentors, and potential collaborators in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
The 2nd Annual KAULed to Lead Young Professionals Conference promises to be an invaluable experience for individuals looking to expand their networks, sharpen their skills, and build a foundation for success in their careers and communities. We hope you will join us! Doors open at 8:00am and the conference begins at 8:30am. See you there!
