The theme for our 2025 AI in P-12 Education conference is “Empowerment” and focuses on how AI can be leveraged to empower educational stakeholders, particularly teachers and their students. Presentations will include resources and strategies to promote student learning and further teacher development. The conference will also include:Over 50 presentations on AI for curriculum development, school AI policy, bias, privacy and AI, and AI and education research
* Networking with AI vendors
* Professional Growth Points for teachers
* Box lunches for registrants and coffee and refreshments will be provided
Keynote speaker:
Kate Maxwell
Interim CEO, TechPoint Youth
Kate Maxwell is an accomplished engineering, technology, and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting Public Sector customers around the globe. She holds two patents and has been recognized with multiple prestigious industry awards, including being named the #1 Woman in Tech by Technology Magazine in 2023. Currently, Kate serves as the Interim CEO for TechPoint Youth, a non-profit organization equipping Indiana’s underserved K-12 students with hands-on STEM experiences and learning opportunities.
