Ever fancied trying out the pottery wheel? Pop along for an action-packed 2hr taster session!Our 2hr Saturday afternoon taster session running from 2-4pm is just perfect to have a go and see if it’s something you’d like to pursue.
Your tutor will show you how to ball-up clay, cone, centre, collar-in and pull-up into a cylinder…then it’s over to you to get stuck-in and go for it throw down style! You’ll also learn a bit about the wheel and how it works.
Taster sessions are limited to 8 students so you’ll get plenty of support from your tutor.
Your work will be fired and glazed for you in our house reclaim glaze and will be available for collection 4-6 weeks after the session.
This taster session is perfect for trying out the wheel, or as a gift…it even makes the perfect fun date!
