Join us for an immersive wellness experience for an escape from the demands of everyday to reconnect with yourself and invigorate your energy as we embark on a New Year! 5:20-6:20pm Breathwork and restorative yoga
6:20-6:30 Short Break
6:30 - 7:30pm Sound bath meditation

Breathwork AKA Pranayama is a set of breathing techniques to help you release toxins and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. When you're feeling stressed, it affects how you breathe. Breathwork exercises allows you to breathe mindfully while releasing tension in the body.
Sound Bath is a meditative experience using harmonic sound frequencies that allows you to relax into a deeper meditative state stimulating your limbic system to relax and be calm. It has a variety of benefits such as improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and helping us in our journey of becoming more mindful of our thoughts and feel into our body.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle yoga practice to help you reach a deeper level of relaxation as you rest your body in positions for longer periods while breathing deeply.
