Join our transformative free 2-hour Gorgie Voices workshop as part of the Fair Saturday Edinburgh movement. This immersive experience combines live sound healing with intuitive painting, specifically designed to serve ethnic minority women in our local Gorgie-Dalry-Saughton community. We welcome locals too, of course.
The workshop will open with a 30-minute guided sound bath featuring singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments to help you release stress and connect with your inner creativity.
You will then engage in 75 minutes of intuitive painting while continuing to listen to live healing sounds, exploring personal expression without artistic pressure or judgment.
The session will conclude with a 15-minute sharing circle for those who wish to reflect on their experience.
All materials are provided including canvas pads, acrylics, and brushes. No artistic experience is required: the focus is on healing, self-expression, and community connection rather than creating finished artwork.
