The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with a parade featuring a variety of marching bands, entertainers, and military units at the corner of 7th Street and Tracy Street. The Veterans Day Ceremony immediately follows the parade at the corner of 7th Street and Forrest Avenue at approximately 9:40 a.m.The City will once again incorporate a Salute to Victorville Veterans into the Ceremony. Information about their military service will appear in the event program, and their photos will be featured in commemorative videos.
Included in this year’s Ceremony will be a 'Victorville Veterans' video, featuring a discussion with four City of Victorville Employees reflecting on their military service.
