The 27th Annual Hermitage Holiday Light Parade returns on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM!Join us for a magical evening of festive floats, marching bands, holiday lights, and music as over 30,000 spectators line the streets of Hermitage’s Central Business District.

Parade Route
• Begins at East State Street & North Kerrwood Drive (Kraynak’s & Hermitage Towne Plaza)
• Travels east on East State Street, turns left onto North Hermitage Road, and continues north
• Ends at the former Shenango Valley Mall location (floats continue to designated tear-down areas)
All floats will enter from staging areas along East State Street at North/South Kerrwood Road.

Mandatory Parade Meeting
• Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:15 PM
• Location: Room #303, Hermitage Municipal Building, 800 N Hermitage Rd
• At least one representative from each entry must attend
• Staging locations and contestant ID numbers will be provided
________________________________________Arrival & Staging
• Large floats: by 4:00 PM
• All participants: by 5:30 PM
• Staging between Hermitage Towne Plaza locations

Flatbed Requests
• Provided by local trucking companies, first-come, first-served
• Over 30’ flatbeds arrive day before; under 30’ may arrive the morning of the parade
• Must have a parade meeting representative, or reservation will be canceled

• Bring a small token of appreciation for drivers

Contest Rules & Guidelines
• One representative must attend parade meeting
• Media Information & Float Description form due Nov 7
• No candy throwing—hand out along curb line only
• Entries must be decorated, lighted, holiday-themed, max 13’ height
• Corporate participants limited to one vehicle
• Santa cannot be incorporated into entries
• Open-flame devices require pre-approval: Chief Wadlow, 724-342-0669
• Awards may be picked up at Hermitage Municipal Building starting Monday, Nov 24, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
