BungalowFest 2024 is the 26th Annual Home Tour that will showcase Historic Kenwood homes spotlighting our urban rebirth.Come out and enjoy Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour, returning for its 26th season! This year’s event presents an exciting exploration of architectural diversity, showcasing homes and multiple Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs) that emphasize our urban revival and the growing trend of living large in small spaces. The 26th Annual BungalowFest will highlight Craftsman Bungalows, Frame Vernacular, Prairie, Mid-Century, Modern homes, and more with a special glimpse into spaces beyond the bungalow. In partnership with CASK Construction, this year's featured home will present an ADU nestled among the trees, featuring a salvaged mural from the previous garage. Kenwood is known for being the neighborhood of the Arts in St. Petersburg, and highlighted along the tour will be numerous Public Art Installations throughout Historic Kenwood.
