26 Pebbles isn’t about the Sandy Hook shooting, rather it’s about a community that became the center of the world. It’s about the life-long residents, new residents, and even the local news reporters finding themselves at the heart of the world’s compassion. You think you know the story, but so much happened in the 6 months after. There is laughter. There are tears. But most importantly, there is love.
6 actors play 17 characters in this play based on interviews with 60 residents who lived there during the tragedy. Every word is theirs.
