We can learn so much from the world of books and from each other. Let’s connect to share. ?✨ABOUT THE BOOK: Man's Search for Meaning is a 1946 book by Viktor Frankl chronicling his experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positive about, and then immersively imagining that outcome. According to Frankl, the way a prisoner imagined the future affected his longevity. The book intends to answer the question "How was everyday life in a concentration camp reflected in the mind of the average prisoner?"

ABOUT THE CLUB: The Book Club at Sagayoga is an opportunity to get new perspectives: maybe you will read a book you would never read on your own or hear thoughts you would have never thought on your own. Each month we will talk about a different book and at the end of each meeting, we will decide together what to read next. There is no set genre and I am looking forward to all the new inspirations.
