Join Amy for a 26 & 2 posture clinic to fine-tune your practice and expand your knowledge and understanding of this style of yoga. This 2 hour clinic will be held in a regular class-like setting with other students, but you have the oportunity to explore each pose more deeply. You'll get tips, one-on-one attention, corrections, and guidance. *Note that this is just for the floor series postures. The previous clinic scheduled for 11/09/24 foscuses on the standing postures.
