Annual Murph. Meet at the Sutcliffe Park Fitness Pavilion around 7:45am. In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of His favorites and the fitness community refer to it as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Please wear USA colors or any military apparel you may have! Weight vest optional.
