The LISC Jacksonville Community Development Awards recognize the inspiring, innovative, and tenacious work of people who are improving the quality of life in Jacksonville.
LISC Jacksonville will bring together community and city government leaders, corporations, foundations, lenders, small businesses, developers, and nonprofits to celebrate the best in community development.
Award Categories:
• JF Bryan Award
o Recognizes a Community Development Corporation (CDC) or non-profit 501c3 organization that has provided collaboration, leadership in bringing diverse voices to improve community through targeted programs, initiatives, or physical development.
• Janet Owens Award
o Recognizes individual who has served as a catalyst for one of the following three pillars: Community Development, Safety and Justice and Family Wealth Creation.
• Igniter Award
o Recognizes a real estate project that advances the urban core in Jacksonville’s underserved neighborhoods.
