Everyone is invited to help us make the best, better by attending the 25th Annual Lawrence County 4-H Benefit Auction on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the New Englander, in New Castle, PA - where all proceeds go directly to the Lawrence County 4-H/Youth Development Program!All items are GENEROUSLY offered for sale through volunteer efforts. There is NO CHARGE for admission, facilities are handicapped accessible, and refreshments are available. There is both a live and silent auction component with more than 500 lots up for grabs ranging from major-league sporting tickets, tools, equipment, entertainment packages, pet care items, toys, and so much more! The auction will begin at 6:00 pm; however, doors will open at 4:30 pm for prospective buyers to review the incredible items being auctioned off during the evening, as well as for attendees to enjoy a variety of food being offered for sale that also supports the program.
Each year, it is through the contributions of valuable community and business leaders, that the Lawrence County 4-H Program is able to broaden its audience by providing quality educational programs for our countyโs youth. After all, 4-H is a community of young people learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. Unlike most youth-serving organizations, 4-H is an entirely volunteer-run program servicing more than 1,900 members, volunteers, and 4-H school enrichment programs reaching youth within our community.
All proceeds go directly to the Lawrence County 4-H/Youth Development Program. Funds provide 4-Hโers with scholarships to attend regional, state and national leadership and citizenship development events. Ultimately, the Lawrence County 4-H Program is a non-formal educational youth development program offered through Penn State Extension that teaches and promotes positive life skills through โlearn by doingโ hands-on activities and all dollars going directly to the youth programming.
