About this Event
Part of LESFF’s celebration of 1999 - the greatest year for movies, ever! Director Jamie Babbit described the aggressively pink and blue world of But I’m A Cheerleader as “Barbie Dream House meets Edward Scissorhands”. Starring Natasha Lyonne, Clea Duvall, and Ru Paul, this satirical romp is the 1999 queer romantic comedy the world desperately needed.
Director Jamie Babbit in attendance for Q&A to follow.
Doors open 30 minutes before scheduled screening time.
