The commitment of a team on the 25h Jesolo E.K.T. (10th edition) from 12 to 14 September 2025 includes:▪ Registration of 3 to 9 drivers
▪ Insurance for drivers
▪ Mechanical and sporting assistance
▪ Compulsory Italian licenses for drivers
▪ Provision of a fleet of Sodi SR4 4-stroke 390cc go-karts (August 2025 vintage)
▪ Access to the 1 045-meter track and its infrastructure
▪ Necessary fuel for the qualifying session and the 25h race
▪ Provision of one pit box equipped of 6m x 3m
▪ Provision of Supervisory Staff: Race director, mechanics, marshals
▪ Catering for up to 6 drivers and 1 Team Manager - Saturday lunch/evening and Sunday morning *
* Formula « B » only, with the possibility of booking additional catering vouchers.
Two distinct participation formulas:
▪ Formula A - Without Catering: € 2 400 VAT Excl. or € 2 880 VAT Incl. (VAT at 20%)
▪ Formula B - With Catering: € 2 700 VAT Excl. or € 3 210 VAT Incl. (VAT at 20% and 10% for catering)
▪ Optional Catering voucher for 1 accompanying or additional TM: € 50 VAT Excl. or € 55 VAT Incl.

Among the characteristics of the race:
▪ Live Timing
▪ 2 different categories: PRO and MASTER
▪ Race labelled Sodikart World Series - SWS
▪ Relay time imposed at 70 minutes maximum per driver
▪ Rest time imposed at 30 minutes minimum per driver
▪ Imposed driving time per driver on the race
▪ Weight per driver imposed at 85,00 kg min. with all his equipment + ballast if needed
▪ Quick Change (change of kart) at each drive through the Pit Lane!

L'impegno di una squadra alla 25h Jesolo E.K.T. (10^ edizione) dal 12 al 14 settembre 2025 comprende:
▪ L’iscrizione da 3 a 9 piloti
▪ L’assicurazione per i piloti
▪ L’assistenza tecnica e sportiva
▪ Le licenze italiane obbligatorie per i piloti
▪ L’utilizzo di una flotta di kart Sodi SR4 4T 390cc (annata agosto 2025)
▪ Il carburante necessario per le qualifiche e per le 25 ore di gara
▪ L’utilizzo del circuito di 1 045 metri e delle relative infrastrutture
▪ La messa a disposizione di uno stand attrezzato di 6m x 3m
▪ La messa a disposizione di personale di sorveglianza: direttore di gara, meccanici, commissari
▪ Catering per un massimo di 6 piloti ed 1 Team manager - Sabato a pranzo/sera e domenica mattina *
* Formula « B » soltanto, con la possibilità di prenotare buoni pasto aggiuntivi.
Due formule di partecipazione distinte:
▪ Formula A - Senza Ristorazione: 2 400 € IVA Escl. o 2 880 € IVA Incl. (IVA del 20%)
▪ Formula B - Con Ristorazione: 2 700 € IVA Escl. o 3 210 € IVA Incl. (IVA del 20% e 10% per il restauro)
▪ Buono pasto opzionale per 1 accompagnatore o TM aggiuntivo: 50 € IVA Escl. o 55 € IVA Incl.

▪ Turno di guida imposto di 70 minuti massimo per pilota
▪ Tempo di riposo imposto a 30 minuti minimo per pilota
▪ Tempo di guida imposto per pilota sull'intera gara
▪ Peso per pilota imposto a 85,00 kg min. con le sue attrezzature + zavorre se necessario
▪ Quick Change (cambio di kart) ad ogni passaggio attraverso la Pit Lane!
Per confermare la registrazione di una squadra, richiediamo la restituzione del modulo di partecipazione compilato e/o il pagamento di un deposito di 1 000 € tramite bonifico bancario.

L’engagement d’une équipe sur la 25h Jesolo E.K.T. (10ème édition) du 12 au 14 septembre 2025 comprend :

▪ Les licences italiennes obligatoires pour les pilotes
▪ La mise à disposition d’une flotte de karts Sodi SR4 4T 390cc (millésime août 2025)
▪ Le carburant nécessaire pour les essais qualificatifs et les 25h de course
▪ La mise à disposition du circuit de 1 045 mètres et de ses infrastructures
▪ La mise à disposition d'un stand équipé de 6m x 3m
▪ La mise à disposition du personnel d’encadrement : directeur de course, mécaniciens, commissaires
▪ La restauration de 6 pilotes maximum et 1 Team Manager - Samedi midi/soir et dimanche matin *
* Formule « B » uniquement, avec la réservation possible de bons restauration additionnels.
Deux formules de participation distinctes :
▪ Formule A - Sans Restauration : 2 400 € HT ou 2 880 € TTC (TVA à 20%)
▪ Formule B - Avec Restauration : 2 700 € HT ou 3 210 € TTC (TVA à 20% et 10% pour la restauration)
