On Saturday, September 27th, The Scheffer Group restaurants (Jettie Rae's, Vinnies Neighborhood Italian, and Gan Shan) will mark the first anniversary of Helene by donating 25% of sales to BeLoved Asheville.As many of you know, BeLoved was instrumental in supporting Asheville in the wake of the storm and continues that vital work today.
When Helene struck, our restaurants and so many others in this city came together in extraordinary ways, sharing water, preparing meals, and showing up for neighbors in need. This anniversary is a difficult one, and yet it also reminds us of the resilience and generosity that defined Asheville’s recovery.
We are deeply grateful for this community, and we invite you to join us in remembrance, gratitude, and giving back.
