Practice Times:
Ages 5–8: 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM (Doors open at 5:45 PM)
Ages 9–14: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Doors open at 6:45 PM)
Eligibility:
Must be a Vineland resident
New wrestlers only – returning wrestlers should not attend
Our goal is more than just wrestling — we teach discipline, teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship. Wrestlers will be expected to follow instructions, work hard, encourage teammates, and give their best effort every session.
All skill levels welcome! Come experience the thrill of wrestling, meet our dedicated coaches, and be part of a team that pushes each other to succeed.
