LECTURES:
THE JOURNEY TO TRANSPNEUMATIC AWARENESS
prof. Juan Ruiz Naupari
What methodology exist to expand consciousness permanently?
If internal work is completely excluded, life will be lived from the narrow perception of ordinary reality, a space filled with inconsequential experiences and illusory perspectives masquerading as truth. Such misperceptions pave the way to pain and suffering. These encounters can inadvertently act as barriers, curtailing our potential to engage with transcendental experiences that offer the expansion of self-knowledge and, consequently, lead us toward the paths of Self-realization and genuine happiness. Before experiencing what is known as Transcendent reality, it is essential to recognize that a life completely focused outward is a cause of internal dissatisfaction. Reaching the conclusion and correct intuition that the external life "is not everything," there is something more that one desires to discover and experience. It is from this vantage point that we will explore the various stages of self-knowledge and self-realization. A map one can navigate through with practices that amplify consciousness, allowing one to delve into the mystical and spiritual realities within the Pneuma System.

CLINICAL CASES WITH APPLICATION OF PNEUMA THERAPY
Dr Cinzia Lemmo
In the history of psychology, various schools and multiple theories have been introduced, Pneuma Therapy proposes a theorization of various methodologies and approaches, born from the integration of different cultures and traditions.
The foundation is the ability to experience one's own soul in its entirety, expanding it and thus directly experiencing knowledge at the core of wisdom that every human being holds in their soul.
As in Jungian analysis, where an individual, throughout the journey of life, must be what they truly are, aiming for individuation; in Pneuma Therapy it is about reintegration, the union with one's own Being, overcoming the fragmentation and unconsciousness of the ego.
The fundamental practice is Pneuma Breathwork® which facilitates access to expanded states of consciousness that deeply inspire self-observation and the experience of our sacred gene, leading us to the knowledge of the psyche, and thus being able to transcend the origin of our traumas, symptoms, and pathologies. The patient can work with a defined intention, and in the space of breathwork, a complete and subtle analysis arises, thus accessing a form of catharsis from the space of higher emotions. This is another modality of traditional catharsis; it defines the luminous part, a catharsis unexplored until now.
Psychopathology in these terms can be revisited and considered as an expression of the ego at different levels. Patients arrive with symptoms on various levels; the next step is to understand that behind the symptom that disappears, it does not imply the ego has been eliminated, which is within our psyche. The patient will transform their understandings into actions, integrating inner work with their own daily life. In the experience of expanding consciousness, one accesses symbolic and archetypal worlds where one learns, nourishing oneself from the Being with light, truth, love, and wisdom.
The approach to the numinous, the transpersonal, will constitute true therapy for the patient; the closer they get to the experience of light, the more they will be freed from the constriction of the darkness of the ego. "The spirit can be somatized," says Juan Ruiz Naupari.

DANCE: THE BRIDGE TO ECSTASY
MA Shamti Ruiz
Dance has been a fundamental element in the cultural and spiritual evolution of humanity, transcending mere aesthetic movement to become a bridge allowing us to explore realities beyond the tangible. Throughout history and across various cultures, dance practices with deep spiritual and therapeutic implications have been developed.
In ancient times, the Egyptian dances of the Hathorists, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, and the Eleusinian mystery rituals in Greece were considered sacred acts of initiation that connected priestesses with the divine, inducing states of ecstasy and revelation. In traditions such as Sufism, dance is linked with spiritual and oracular practices aimed at expanding consciousness.
In India, the Bharatanatyam dance and its devadasis, temple-dedicated dancers, personified various deities with the aim of spreading philosophy, devotion, and service to the divinity through pure dance, reaching states of ecstasy during their ceremonies.
Today, dance is recognized for its therapeutic potential in physical, psychological, and spiritual domains, providing transpersonal experiences that allow participants to immerse themselves in the expansion of consciousness. This conference aims to offer a comprehensive view of art as a means for human exploration, both as therapy and as a tool for spiritual awakening.

THE TRANSPERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL PRACTICE
Dr Alessandra Brunelli
Sometimes events occur in the medical field that are not scientifically comprehensible. The same therapy that works for most patients does not work for some or has a very different course. Why does this happen? Research opens the door to genetic factors, environmental factors, dietary factors, etc., but the certainty of such diversity can be difficult to prove. With my experience of working in the transpersonal field I have seen the integration of medical therapy with transpersonal practices. Patients willing to investigate internally, have received great benefit, optimising medical therapy and obtaining a diagnosis we could call more 'complete' based on the 3 constituents of the human being, spirit, soul and body. What I would like to share in this lecture are some particular clinical cases that summarise the beneficial effects of expanded states of consciousness on traditional and non-traditional medical therapy

WORKSHOP
BHARATANATYAM: THE DANCE OF SHIVA & SHAKTI.
Shamti Ruiz
Bharatanatyam, belonging to a tradition over 2000 years BC, represents an ancestral wisdom legacy of the Devadasis or temple priestesses, symbolizing the origin of inspiration for the cosmic dance of the deity Shiva.
This workshop delves into the purest form of classical Indian dance that offers a unique and innovative approach to personal integration and self-knowledge. Bharatanatyam has acknowledged the spiritual value contained within the dance from its mythological beginnings. Participants will explore the power of mudras, mantras, the expression of higher emotions, and the embodiment and experience of the divine archetypes: Shiva and Shakti. The aim is to discover and explore the influence of dance as a means of mental and emotional transformation, including ecstatic experience.
The ecstasy or transpersonal experience lived through these sacred dances bridges the physical body to the subtle bodies. This connection awakens the healing potential within the artistry of human dance, impacting the mind and heart, from where states of healing and profound transformation can be experienced.
