This is TSCPs 24th Annual Free Fall Festival and Party for the special needs children/adults/caregivers/parents of the greater Longview East Texas Area. There will be a live D-jay , goody bags and stuffed animals for all special need attendees. There is no sign up or RSVP required just show up with your special needs loved one to have lots of fun .
