NEARLY 49% OF VETERANS DISCHARGING FROM THE DEFENCE FORCE DEVELOP MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF DISCHARGE.FROM 2001 TO 2017, THERE WERE 419 SUICIDES IN SERVING, RESERVE AND EX-SERVING AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE (ADF) PERSONNEL WHO HAVE SERVED SINCE 2001.
24 Hours of Heroes Australia started in 2021 with one gym, Nepean CrossFit.
Since then it has expanded across the nation into New Zealand with over 30 gyms and more than 1300 participants in 2024.
More than $760,000 has been raised for veterans and their families to date.
All money raised is donated directly to our charity partners, Wounded Heroes Australia and RSA New Zealand.

24 Hours of Heroes is run across 24 hours and is a fundraising event. It does what it says on the box. Teams of 6 will rotate across the 24 hours to complete all 24 workouts. These workouts have very special meaning behind each one. They have been created in honour of men and women who have lost their lives in the line of duty. It's possible you have already completed some of these inside your gym. Our event is always held in April around ANZAC Day to bring even more focus to remembering our fallen brothers and sisters.
