The 23rd edition of IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival will take place from June 25 to June 28, 2026, at the Palace of Culture in Pernik, Bulgaria.Founded in 2003, the festival is a prestigious platform for short films, new media, and digital arts, and remains the only Oscar®, Goya, and Student Academy Awards® qualifying event of its kind in Bulgaria.
