Sat., Sept. 13, 2025. Contest starts at 2 PM. Sign up begins at 12 PM noon, at the Sky Ute Fairgrounds (Concert stage). Be the first to eat FIVE jalapeños to be declared the winner! Be the fastest overall, between men and woman and be declared the Grand Champion! $300 Grand Champion! Cash prizes for 1st - 3rd places in each category. Open to everyone! Men & Women Categories (18+ yrs.) Must read and sign a waiver before competing, NO EXCEPTIONS! This is part of the 103rd Annual Southern Ute Tribal Fair.
