About this Event

Hosted by the NYC Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club for the Forest Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps, this Motorcycle Ride is a NYC permitted PARADE in remembrance on the 23rd Anniversary of those who served, protected, volunteered and lost their lives that tragic day. All bikes welcome! Sport bikes, foreign & domestic bikes, trikes, side cars, choppers, home-made bikes, and anything that would require a DOT Motorcycle license.

On 9/11 one of those lost was Richard Allen Pearlman, the youngest first responder lost that day. He joined the Forest Hills Ambulance Corps at the age of 14 as a Junior Corps member and excelled in the position of Dispatcher and at 18 joined the Senior Corps. Richie headed to the WTC on foot from his job at a law firm and was ordered back to his job by his employer for safety reasons, but remained at the WTC site. A picture on pages 16-17 in Newsweek's Extra Edition of America Under Attack shows Richie aiding the injured. He was only 18 years old. We have named the ride in his honor, "Run For Richie". All pre-registered riders will receive a FREE commemorative challenge coin. Your coin is GUARANTEED. Registration includes:- Ride entry for Driver AND Passenger- One (1)Limited Edition coin- Bracelet for Driver and Passenger

***PRE-REGRISTRATION BENEFITS***

The first 411 Registered Participants will be issued a NUMBERED Limited Edition Coin for the ride. Only 411 coins will be numbered. The number 411 represents the total number of First Responders who lost their lives at the WTC on 9/11/01. All Pre-Registered Participants will be given Priority Parking and will be at the beginning of the ride. Kickstands Up (KSU) 11:30am on 9/21/2024. On-site registration and entry starts at 8am.
