The Joe DeFrates Memorial Chili Cookoff is held in honor and memory of Joe DeFrates, known to many as “Mr. Chilli Man.”
This annual event brings together chili cooks, friends, and supporters to celebrate Joe’s memory through fellowship, competition, and service to children in need.
