Our 22nd annual African American Read-In will be held on Sunday, February 1st from 2-4PM at the Jack Amyette Recreation Center.
Each year our afterschool students come together to recite poems, literature and other works of art by African American authors. There will be entertainment and light refreshments will follow the ceremony.
We hope you can join us on this day of celebration as we kick off Black History Month!
