Become a certified yoga teacher! Join Us for a Transformational Journey. Step into a deeper connection with yourself and your practice through our Yoga Teacher Training program. Classes will be held every Thursday from 5:30-9:30pm, and two Sundays per month 1-6pm. There will also be a Silent Retreat weekend included. Training begins October 12th and completes end of March 2026.

We believe in-person teaching and training provides the best possible outcome for success! We offer 220 hours of training, as opposed to the standard 200 hours offered at other schools. Those extra hours are designed to offer you extensive one-on-one and group guidance in class creation, as well as opportunities to co-teach with the directors of the program. This immersive approach gives you real-world practice and builds the confidence needed to teach live classes with clarity and ease. You'll also gain firsthand experience in the energy and rhythm of studio life—an essential part of becoming a well-rounded and adaptable instructor.

Jill and Jennifer began their yoga journey together in 2015 when they completed their first teacher training. Since then, they have dedicated themselves to both teaching and deepening their understanding of the yogic way of life. Their shared passion for growth and transformation continues to guide their path as practitioners and educators, living out their teachings with heart and intention.
With a strong foundation in experience and continued education, Jill and Jennifer are passionate about guiding the next generation of yoga teachers. Their approach blends tradition, accessibility, and personal transformation, offering trainees a supportive and empowering environment to explore their own path.
