It's the 21st Annual Lewisburg Polar Bear Plunge! Lewisburg's annual tradition happens at Lewisburg Landing, at the corner of S. Front St. and St. George Street. Plunge tickets are $10/person before the Plunge, and $15 the day of; group rates available, registration link below. All plungers must register. Plungers and spectators are welcome to use the warming tent and coat/towel check before the plunge, and enjoy some complimentary Dunkin' Donuts hot chocolate after!
But that’s not all! Join the Pre-Plunge Party ($20/person, 21+) from 12-2:15 at the Brasserie Louis, 101 Market St. for delicious appetizers and hors d'oeuvres as well as tasting flights of local ciders and beers. The Brasserie bar will be selling their usual selection of fine wines, beers, and cocktails. Music by DJ Taylor.
And at 2:15, it’s the Plunge Parade! This year’s parade is produced by the Lewisburg Arts Council, and features delightful wacky costumes, instruments musical and otherwise, and marvelous handmade puppets. It all begins at the corner of Market St. & S. Front St. (next to the Brasserie) and proceeds three blocks to the site of the Polar Bear Plunge. Join in, or cheer from the sidelines!
